If you have at least a TEAM subscription, you can add as many team members as you like to your werkherz account. You can assign one of three possible roles to each team member:
- Freelancers only have access to project documentation where they are part of the respective project team. The same applies to process descriptions. All other areas are not accessible to them.
- Employees have access to all contacts, letters, project documentations, purchase requests, processes, and the wiki. However, they cannot change the settings for project documentation and processes.
- Managers have access to all areas except account settings.
Enter the email of the person you want to invite and define their role. The role can be changed at any time later.
It is best if you also write a few personal words to the person and click on the Send button.
On the right you will see a list of the people who have already been submitted.
Edit team member
Click on a name in the member list on the right to edit that team member. You can then change its role in your team 1, or delete this member from your team altogether.
You also have the option here to resend the team member an invitation 2. This can sometimes be necessary if the recipient cannot find the first email, because it got stuck in a spam filter, or because he may have deleted it by mistake.
