Categories

    When working with addresses, jobs and purchasing enquiries, some data can also be entered via dropdown menus, which speeds up and simplifies the entry of data. For addresses these are the customer groups, for jobs the VAT rates, the categories for individual items and expenses, and for purchasing enquiries, the categories for individual items.

    All these categories can be freely defined here. Simply enter a new category name in the input field below the list 1. and then click on the + button. Existing categories can be deleted by clicking on the "bin" of the corresponding line 2.

    All changes made must be saved at the end with the save button at the top 3.
